Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://chiefroofing.ca. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Chief Roofing markets and arranges Solar Panel Installation, Roofing Replacements, Roof Maintenance, Residential Roofing Services, Commercial Roofing Services. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://chiefroofing.ca, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Chief Roofing or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Account Closure. Chief Roofing reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
As-Is Basis. https://chiefroofing.ca is provided on an "as is" basis. Chief Roofing makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Damages. Chief Roofing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Chief Roofing from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Choice of Law. BC law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of BC, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Updates. Chief Roofing reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
